Excellent value for the money. The Chinatown location turned out to be quiet and pleasant. The hotel is right across from a small park (Columbus Park?) and we had views of local residents doing Tai Chi every morning. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was large for NYC, the beds were comfortable the hotel was clean and modern looking. It was easy to walk to the Canal St subway station or to grab a cab on one of the busier streets just a two block walk away.

Very helpful staff. When booking I asked for the room on upper floors with a view to a skyline. Exactly this kind of room was reserved for me as I arrived. The hotel is in a very convenient location and extremely clean. Great value for money.

Very easy stay at Hotelk Mulberry. Staff were on the whole friendly and helpful, one in particular, who took great care in advising about ordering a cab to the airport. Room was well designed and clean, very comfy bed and peaceful. I stayed on the 10th floor, had a great view.Highly recommended.

The breakfast is complementary and excellent, and the location is magnificent next to a convenience store like Duane Reade, very simple to get to the subway for trips further into Manhattan and the green and orange subway lines. The service is great with public parking available and excellent meals.

Excellent room size, albeit expensive for area, extremely comfortable bed, extremely clean, lovely views. Breakfast included which was perfectly fine and set you up for the day. Organised a car service to airport on departure.
Hotel tried to take the payment prior to us arriving without being informed of this by them or the website booked through. We were advised it is payment on leaving. Only found this out when we arrived and could have possible lost the room we had booked. This needs to be told to customers. No bar/restaurant facilities

perfect base for exploring parks and vibrant neighborhoods
the room was very quiet, rare in new york city, and the hotel is in the heart of chinatown, with excellent restaurants nearby and many attractions with easy access by walking or subway, making it an ideal spot for a weekend stroll.

Clean, nice and good value for money. Five minutes to subway, and just a few more minutes to eating and shopping in the charming Little Italy and SoHo neighbourhood. Also walking distance to lower Manhattan - Ground Zero / Battery Park. Right in the center of China Town, a little run down area but still safe and no problems to get around. Good choice!
Can not think of anything.

Great city view and terrace/balcony from hotel room.
The service and staff at this hotel is deserving of a two star rating at the absolute best. The towels and sheets are similar in quality to those found at a Red Roof Inn or a similar two star budget hotel. When we called the front desk for additional towels it took three phone calls and 30 mins to deliver two additional low grade towels to the room. The customer service was rude and lacked any desire to be accommodating. This should not be rated as a 4 star hotel on your Booked.net website. How am I to trust your ratings now?

The hotel is small but the room is very clean and comfortable. The service level was excellent. We were travelling with 3 children and when the staff saw the size of our group and the amount of luggage we had (from our Orlando factory outlet shopping), the hotel manager came to our room and presented us with the option of a bigger room at no extra cost. The room we were originally in was spacious enough but we took up their kind offer nonetheless. As it was raining heavily the day we checked in, the hotel kindly loaned us umbrellas (as many as we wanted) for the day. When approached, the hotel supervisor, Amy, patiently fielded our questions on recommended eating places (the noodle/porridge restaurant which she recommended had excellent and value for money food) as well as visiting hours of local attractions.
